The Content Author introduction lab will take you through the basic content design features of Content Author. The lab provides the fundamentals that are required by all Content Author users from beginners to experts.
On completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Navigate through Content Author
- Create a new communication
- Add content to the communication using reusable/shared content
- Add new content to the communication
- Use business rules to have dynamic content
- Personalize the communication with variables and images
- Create an email
- Test the communication using the Simulation feature
- Firefox or Chrome browser
