How to Create and Use an AI Model to Predict Customer Churn
In this module, you will learn how to create and use an AI model to predict customer churn. Magellan Notebook will be used to show how a data scientist creates the AI model. Magellan Data Discovery will be used to show how a business user utilizes the AI model.
This lab describes the step-by-step process to create a Magellan Notebook model as an industry standard .pickle file, publish it into Magellan Data Discovery, then use the model to identify the most profitable customers that are likely to churn.
On completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Understand how a data scientist uses Magellan Notebook to manipulate data and build an AI model.
- Publish an AI model to Magellan Data Discovery for use by business analysts.
- Use Magellan Data Discovery as a business analyst to push new data through the AI model and obtain actionable results.
